As most of you probably know by now, we spent the last week or so in ChristChurch (on the south island) helping with earthquake damage.  We shoveled wheelbarrows upon wheeelbarrows full of liquefaction in the cold AND wet. I'll be honest, not exactly my idea of fun. But we didn't go there for a vacation. Although shoveling dirt for a week was hard work, the hardest part for me wasn't physical labor. When I flew into Chattanooga, TN, I did not expect to meet my new family. From day one it seemed like I always knew these people that I was about to spend two months with in a totally different country. I now have 3 more brothers and 8 sisters that God has brought into my life. The first night we spent on a tarp and had to pick only three things each for this event.
